I was able to spend a beautiful Mother's Day with my children. Many of you know, the past few weeks have been very rough on our family. I wasn't quite sure if I was ready to "deal" with Mother's Day this year, especially with all the new knowledge I've been dealing with. However, I must say, this may have been one of the best Mom's Day I had in my life. It started out with Lexi and Nick allowing me to sleep in; they both took care of the babies! And when I was awoken, it was to breakfast in bed!!!! Talk about a nice treat!! Lexi made delicious scrambled eggs with cheese (and ketchup! for me).........and Nick helped out by giving me three cookies (yes, for breakfast!) LOL.......We ended up going to the local Azalea Festival, and I had a GREAT time........The babies did well, Nick had his face painted, and I even bought myself a beautiful flower pot to hang in front of the house...........I know that I am so thankful for ALL of my beautiful children. Thank you kiddos for making me a Mommy! :) I LOVE YOU! :) :) :) :) :) :)
