Random weight loss pics....
So, I wanted to post an update on my weight loss. I am down just about 93-94 lbs since October. It HAS been a rough few months personally for me (many of you are aware) so I have not been as strict as I should be. However, the weight is still coming off nicely. The pics are in reverse order----the first pic is me from the other day (don't mind the messy hair-I had just taken it out of a ponytail and this was AFTER being in the hot parade all day!), the yellow shirt is from January, blue shirt from December, and the green shirt ones from the babies' party is from November..........I can sooooo tell a difference, can't you??! :)

This is great! Good luck. I find the easiest way to stay on track and eat well is by using the power of small. Afford yourself a few quiet moments in your busy day to stop when you walk into that kitchen, clear your mind enough to make a conscious decision to pick the right food.
You can see a difference! Good for you!
