I've resorted to tape!

Yes, I've resorted to electrical tape! I know-sooo bad, right? I am constantly going in their room during naptime to find everyone NAKED and running around like wild Indians! Sooo, I've tried the backwards pajamas-they don't work-the kids unzip each other! So, in order to prevent any more "poop parties", I taped their pajamas on, so they can't get them off!!!!
OMG-does it get easier???? lol

Oh Ann, that is hysterical. I just duct tape the diaper to keep it on and I only have to do it to Lucy.
I certainly hope it gets easier. It has to, right?

That is too funny. I already have one baby that likes to take her diaper off if she can. The others haven't caught on yet but I'm sure they will. Good Luck!

Do you read the McNulty Quad's blog? She duct tapes all the way around the waist of the diaper and that worked for her ;-)

Reason #4,001 why I want my kids to stay in their cribs until they are at least 10 years old!! The teamwork in multiples is amazing, but never when you want them to work as a team.

Oh no! That's frustrating! How do you change their diapers? So far my girls haven't figured that out and I'm holding out hope that they don't for a while :) I do love the team spirit you have there! Helping each other out...

That is too funny...Do they try and take the tape off of each other? I would want anymore poop parties either!

I'm laughing my head off right now at the electrical tape. Ryland has recently discovered the joys of taking off his diaper and running around the house.

However, I haven't been lucky enough (LOL) to have any poop parties yet. Mine aren't too interested in getting their clothes off.

As you always say, what I go through-- you go through about 6 mos. later! Well, here we go AGAIN! :) My "girls" with taking their diaper off and now yours! I have tried lots of kinds of tape and I have found that DUCT TAPE is and continues to be the best! Try it out! :) Whatever you choose, be sure to stock up on your next trip to Home Depot! :) lol...
Yes-- it will get easier... with this "situation at hand" and then something else will begin! Life is never dull that's for sure!! :)

I am a nanny in New jersey who had taken care of many sets of twins, triplets, and 1 set of quads. I had a set of triplet girls who did that every day for weeks and then we tried using diaper pins to pin the zipper to their blanket sleeper that of course was put on backwards and we did not put in their pajamas until we were ready to put them in bed. We also used crib tents because they liked to climb out of thier cribs to help each other.

Oh jeez Annie! We're doing the backwards Halo sacks for Molly but if she had partners in crime I'm sure it'd get unzipped anyways! I was going to suggest what Tara did - use a diaper pin to pin the zipper shut on the backwards pajamas. Put the pin on the inside of the pajamas so they can't get at it. I just worry with the tape that they might eventualy peel it off and then it's a strangulation hazard...
